I am currently fighting a similar battle with these clowns. They completely misrepresented a dell LCD I purchased from them. It was complete trash, yet I'm supposed to pay to ship it back to them for a refund? They offer a 15 day doa warranty but they require proof it was installed professionally? I am a small business owner and I am building a solid business based on excellent customer service. These Jayco_tech clowns need to be kicked off of ebay.

They play games holding positive feedback as extortion to get you to agree to a partial refund that I'm sure I will never see. Very frustrating. I'm a busy professional, however, I'll find time to spread the word on these con artists.

Nice post. On foreclosure: I like the produce-the-note strategy. I live in Tampa and know one person he helped, and it actually worked. They did not get the entire home paid for, but they got terms adjusted to be favorable and they were able to avoid foreclosure. It really varries by situation and probably the laws of your state on how far this goes. This site has all the videos they have done. Watch all the videos here:

Don’t think you always need a lawyer, I had one and knew she was not exacty on MY Side. Many lawyers have little or no experience and charge way too much in fees. I have worked on my own on my foreclosure and still in my house after 3 years. It is still a nightmare and the lender could care less. Nobody knows the case better and no one is more motivated than you!!!

Trust your “gut” and praying always helps (me anyway) and if I can help anyone in anyway with your foreclosure, just e-mail me. I promise you, if I get my case dismissed everyone will know and I will quit my job and set up camp as a Consultant no charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jackson Browne has filed a lawsuit against John McCain after the Republican presidential candidate used a portion of Browne’s “Running On Empty” in a campaign commercial without permission. The Republican National Party is also listed in the suit. Other artists who have come out in the media and asked that McCain-Palin stop the unauthorized use of their music: Heart, Boston, John Mellencamp and Foo Fighters.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is a crime.

Artists like the rest of us are free to espouse their political views.
